TORILL KNUTSEN

TORILL KNUTSEN - 11,425 grt

A very unusual sight at Shieldhall this morning. She was inbound for Rothesay dock last night when she ran into a bank of heavy fog upriver. With WARRIOR III and SVITZER MALLAIG in attendance she was brought upto Shieldhall until the fog cleared. She was sounding her foghorn every 2-3 minutes as the trio made their way through the fog. Made for a spooky sounding night in this part of Glasgow. More of her details can be Read Here.

A couple of hours later and with the fog having cleared and the tide having just turned the trio set off down to Rothesay dock in Clydebank.

DEO VOLENTE had to move from her berth so the tanker could swing.

DEO VOLENTE making space. Just for the record, she never sails on a sunday due to her owners religous beliefs. APOLLO FALCON can just be seen as she sits alongside the cement berth in KGV dock.

Seen a few hours later at her intended berth in Rothesay dock.
